| 2009 Newark Area Jaycees 2nd Annual Golf Outing The 2nd Annual Golf Outing is scheduled for August 8th at St. Alban's Golf Course in Alexandria. The event will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. and finish with a roasted chicken dinner catered by The Grill on 21st at the end of the course.
Contests include:
-Longest drive
-Closest to the pin
-Longest putt
In addition to the contests, participants will receive free beverages on the course, opportunity to enter a 50/50 drawing, and great give-aways.
The cost for the event is $50 per person, or $200 per team. Does your entire team work for the same company? If so, join our corporate challenge for a chance to win the corporate challenge trophy.
Sponsor a hole for $100 or a hole and green for $150.

Newark Area Jaycees held our first annual golf outing on October 25 at
St. Alban's Golf Club in Alexandria. 45 golfers participated in the outing and the proceeds went to help buy holiday gifts for area families in need.
